We wish to extend our thanks to Garcia Roofing & Sheet Metal for the excellent job your entire crew did in replacing our roof on January 20-21, 2009. We are very appreciative for the expert workmanship and skill the workers exhibited while completing the entire roof in only two days. The crew of approximately eight men were diligent workers, punctual, very cureous and polite, and cleaned up the job site with precision. Our roof was very steep, and these men removed and replaced the shingles with expertise.
Our contact with your company first began by meeting with representative, Jonathon Bourgeois, on January 13, who provided us with a quotation. He arrived on time, was very courteous and informative, and explained the process in detail.
On January 16, my wife met with Ms. Dana Dixon at the Baton Rouge office and dropped off our down payment to begin the job. Much to our delight and surprise, Dana informed us that the job could begin the following week on Tuesday, January 20th! We wish to commend Ms. Dixon who did an exceptional job in guiding this process along, assisting with job scheduling and quotation changes, material order and delivery, providing warranty material, execution of our lien waiver, along with many other duties. She is to be commended for her professionalism and dedication to excellence. We also received exceptional assistance from Andrew Goldberg who worked with our insurance carrier. He was very helpful and within a few days, we had received our depreciation value check from Allstate. Once again, we sincerely appreciated Dana and Andrew for their hard work and efforts on our behalf.
Lastly, we also wanted to thank Mr. Joe Garcia and the other quality control inspectors who visited the job site during the 2-day period to ensure that things were running smoothly.
In closing, we want to reiterate how appreciative we are of the excellent job your entire crew did. We would highly recommend our company to anyone, and you may use us as a reference. Additionally, we were also impressed by the charitable work your company is doing which speaks highly for giving back to the community.

Dear Garcia Roofing, Please accept my sincere THANKS for not only the fabulous roof but also the OUTSTANDING customer service provided by Andrew Goldberg in Sales, Ollman, our onsite go-to guy and the entire installation crew. As a professional mortgage banker, I had heard from many of my clients who had replaced their roofs after Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Gustav, that Garcia Roofing is the BEST. And now I can honestly say that I see why. We had inquired with several companies over the last year about replacing our roof. They were happy to submit a bid to us but offered no advice on our insurance claim and certainly did not follow up with us after the bid was received. Some of them, to be honest, sent representatives to my house for the bid that were so unprofessional that I would be worried about having them at my home. I am so glad now that we waited. While replacing my neighbors' roof, we spoke to Ollman, who the same day provided us with a quote that was hand-delivered and followed up with an email from the Sales Manager, Andrew Goldberg. Andrew responded quickly to my many emails regarding questions about my insurance claim. Even though I am a mortgage banker and work with clients to obtain homeowners insurance on a daily basis, I myself had never had an insurance claim and had many questions about it. Andrew always responded quickly. After our initial inquiry, it was several months before we were ready to have our roof replaced. In the meantime, Ollman and Andrew both followed up with me on several occasions and were always very nice and not pushy at all. When it came time that we were ready for our installation, Andrew and Ollman, scheduled us within a couple of weeks at our convenience and Andrew even took over dealing with our insurance company so that I did not have to be the go-between for Garcia and my insurance company. This was a very big deal for me because who has the time to go back and forth between the two of them. Ollman and his crew came on the designated day at the designated time and even took extra special care to make sure that none of the roofing materials made their way into our Koi pond which could have cost us a fortune if a nail had torn the lining or even worse hurt some of our fish. The crew on site were extremely polite and completed our roof in less than 2 days, amazing. As some one within the real estate industry, who hears from consumers and clients every day regarding services they use for their homes, I know the horror stories out there and even just the mediocre service that many provide my clients. I can honestly say that the word on the street is "GARCIA ROOFING IS THE BEST" and 100% they are right. When asked by a client in the future for a referral for their roofing needs, GARCIA ROOFING is the only name I will give.
